1. We don't accept "AGGRESSIVE DOGS". & Dogs with "Skin Infection" as other Dogs might get infected. Please complete the treatment before boarding.

2. We don't take sick dogs or dogs that have gone through a surgery recently.

3. Check out timings are 12.00 noon.

4. Visiting hours 11:00am -7:00pm.

5. ID proof of Pet owners is compulsory at the time of boarding.

6. An alternate phone number is required.

7. Please call to book an appointment.

8. Dog water and food bowls are required.

​

9. Please get a big towel.

 

10. All bookings will be confirmed only on advance payments.

 

11. Bookings cannot be canceled after confirmation.

 

12. All the pet owners are requested to share all the details about their Dog. Please share if your dog is having any behavioral issues, toilet issues(peeing and potty anywhere in the house),  etc. at the time of inquiry(SO THAT WE CAN WORK IT OUT). If shared at the time of lodging which is against our policy, we won't accept the pet for boarding.
